Why Mental Health First Aid?

Mental Health First Aid teach you how to identify understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders.

This FREE 8-hour course prepares members of the public to provide Mental Health First Aid to adults in need. This course is delivered by certified Mental Health First Aid USA instructors on the MHA staff.  Sessions will be in Charlotte, NC. (Deadline to register is a week before the training date.)  Materials, lunch and refreshments are provided throughout the 8-hour training. For more details click here.
